Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Project Manager with a proven track record in managing commercial and multi-family residential construction projects. This role requires more than just overseeing projects; it demands a leader who can develop and implement scalable project management systems, streamline field execution, and ensure jobsite excellence from preconstruction through closeout.

You'll be the quarterback calling the plays: designing repeatable processes, drafting site procedures, and creating schedules and detailed timelines that field superintendents can follow without guesswork. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on structure, accountability, and results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project processes, procedures, and standard operating systems to ensure consistency across all projects.

  • Create detailed project timelines and scheduling templates tailored to project scope and field execution.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between field operations and executive leadership to ensure alignment and execution.

  • Manage project kickoff through closeout, including submittals, change orders, RFI management, and punch lists.

  • Coordinate with field superintendents to ensure clear communication of project expectations, deliverables, and sequencing.

  • Review blueprints and electrical plans, ensuring code compliance and constructability.

  • Forecast labor and materials needs, track costs, and maintain project profitability.

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to assistant project managers and project engineers.

  • Cultivate client relationships through responsive communication,

  • quality delivery, and on-time performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of project management experience in electrical construction, specifically commercial and/or multi-family projects.

  • Strong background in scheduling (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent) and process creation.

  • Excellent understanding of NEC, OSHA, and local building/electrical codes.

  • Familiar with field operations and able to translate project plans into executable site-level instructions.

  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Office Suite).

  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.
