We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team and oversee the successful completion of our projects.

As the Multi-Family Residential Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, from pre-construction to project closeout. This includes coordinating with the design team, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring quality control, managing project budgets and schedules, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of the construction process, including pre-construction, construction, and project closeout

- Coordinate with the design team, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met

- Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control

- Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns

- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

- Manage and mentor project team members, providing guidance and support as needed

- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies

- Participate in project meetings and provide input on project planning and strategy

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve project management processes

Qualifications:

- A bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering or a related field is preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in multi-family residential construction

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members

- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects on time and within budget

- Experience with project management software and tools

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry

- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
