  Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance on motors, pneumatic tools, and production machines.
• Plans, coordinates, and directs manufacturing equipment improvements, moderately complex installations, and no routinemaintenance.
• Monitors,maintains, and repairsCNC machinery, plant equipment,toolsand systems used in manufacturing,engineering,and other productionprocesses.
• Investigates breakdowns related to extended downtime and maintenance system failures and creates solutions to improveefficiency.
• Responsible formaintaining ofrobustPMand TPM processes.

• Follow diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, and engineering specifications,troubleshootequipment malfunctions.
• Remove defective parts by dismantling devices, using hoists, cranes, and hand/powertools,examining form and texture of parts. Fabricates repair parts by using machine shop instrumentation and equipment.
• Proper use of welding and cutting equipment related to all phases of metal fabrication and repair.
• Determinechanges in dimensional requirements of parts by inspecting usedparts,using rules, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments. Provides mechanical maintenance information by answering questions and requests.
• Ability to repair and troubleshoot equipment and control circuits if needed.
• Compilefulllist of materials needed and/or used for each repair,fabrication,or installation assignment.
• Maintaina safeand clean working environment bycomplying withprocedures,rules,and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned bysupervisor ininstalling, fabricating, or repairing asdeemednecessary.
• Minimumbasic HVAC troubleshooting & repair.
• Adhere to guidelines and procedures to ensure the safe handling, removal, and disposal of both hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
