Salary: $76,200 - 110,000 per year

The Opportunity | Program Control Analyst
The Curtiss-Wright Electro-Mechanical Systems (EMS) division is seeking a Program Control Analyst. Under general direction, provides on-site project support and coordination to a complex contract, project, task(s) or business unit. Duties may include project schedule focus to management, tracking of client communication and document approvals, and maintenance of daily production reports and status of VIR’s and QE’s. Maintains shortage reports, prepares contract-billing, estimates for materials, equipment, production costs and delivery schedules. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of MS Office, and demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Your Challenge:
• Responsible for supporting Program Managers in the preparation and analysis of project scheduling data and other complex contract, project or business-related task.
• Interfaces with all functional levels of the program team to develop and status schedule requirements.
• New project setup and documenting of contract change orders.
• Creating and maintaining shortage reports, using Bills of Material (BOM), meeting notes and other activities such as QE’s, VIR’s, and production reports.
• Monitor e-mail correspondence, QE notifications, VIR status, Job/PO progress, and overall material demand.
• Track/review daily job production reports and update PM on manufacturing/material support required from the planning group.
Your Expertise:
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree
• 2-3 years experience in a role that requires: excellent communication skills with knowledge of MS Office.
• Demonstration of organization, and presentation skills.
• Keen ability to handle multiple opportunities and meet strict deadlines.
• Self-starter, highly motivated, action-oriented, proactive, collaborative, and results-driven
Due to DoD requirements, candidates must be US citizens.
