In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Promote a strong Health, Safety, and Environmental culture by stopping unsafe work, reporting hazards or incidents promptly, using proper PPE, and actively looking out for the safety and well‑being of others.

  • Reduce safety and environmental risk by correcting hazards within control, participating in HSE training, and identifying opportunities to minimize environmental impact in daily work.

  • Drive quality outcomes by applying high standards of workmanship, following all process documentation and quality procedures, and performing thorough quality inspections.

  • Improve equipment reliability and uptime by performing and documenting preventive, corrective, emergency, and predictive maintenance, and contributing feedback to the preventive maintenance system.

  • Support cost and quality performance by identifying issues early, raising concerns, and participating in downtime failure analysis and problem‑solving activities.

  • Achieve production and delivery goals through skilled execution of job responsibilities, maintaining clean and orderly work areas, and completing housekeeping and equipment cleaning tasks.

  • Strengthen team capability by instructing and coaching others, serving as an informal resource to less‑experienced team members, and completing ongoing training and personal development.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement by working closely with peers, support teams, and TPM groups to reduce manufacturing constraints, improve processes, and enhance safety, quality, and material flow.

  • Leverage manufacturing knowledge to implement process, equipment, and application changes that support operational needs and drive continuous improvement. Education, Licenses, Certifications: High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

  1. Relevant work experience as Mechatronics Technician in high volume assembly process. 3-5 years of experience preferred.

  2. Strong technical trouble shooting and problem-solving skills – ability to work with state-of-the-art technology on automated assembly lines.

  3. Team Player, Fast Learner, Self-Starter - Track Record of success.

  4. Work will include supporting new equipment installations, modifying existing assembly stations, troubleshooting assembly cells (electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and tooling / fixturing)

Due to the operational nature and specific job duties of this role, work is required to be completed 100% in person/On-site.
