CRP Production Associate- Salvage Third Shift

Description

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Operates machines and production equipment in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment with limited guidance.

  • Operates manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble product in order to create the proper characteristics and dimensions necessary to meet customer expectations.

  • Demonstrates a high level of competency in core work skills.

  • Maintaining a clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping tasks and machine cleaning tasks and performs planned operator care and maintenance tasks.

  • Remains flexible and performs other miscellaneous duties, as required, to meet production goals.

  • Participates actively in ways to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development.

  • Comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures & regulations

Education, Licenses, Certifications

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience

Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

Team Based work environment training.

Capable oflearning and operating all machines following safe work practices. Moves towork when needed and available to rotate to different stations based onbusiness requirement following the training matrix.

Ability tounderstand and use process documentation, standardized work procedures andbasic quality controls.

Participate incontinuous improvement activities as required.

Complete daily OpCare/Validation/Check off Sheets.

Perform 5Sactivities, maintain TAKT boards and mini-business trackers up to date andparticipate/contribute to mini-business meetings.

Experienceoperating CNC machines a plus.

Required to operate all cells andprocesses related to the Remanufacturing of Turbochargers, includingDisassembly, Cleaning, and Machining.
