Job Description:
Cullum Mechanical is seeking an organized and independent individual to provide administrative support across corporate operations and project delivery teams, ensuring smooth workflow management and the timely processing of key operational tasks. This entry-level role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with strong computer skills and a proactive attitude.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Reconcile and process field purchase order (PO) invoices for payment.
- Enter temporary labor timesheets into the purchase order system.
- Serve as backup for gatekeeper and construction administrative staff as needed.
- Assist with applicant tracking and updating shared lists.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Provide support with safety-related tasks and documentation.
- File packing slips and maintain organized records.
- Perform other overflow administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Entry-level position; prior construction administrative experience preferred but not required.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry systems, are required.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Requires problem solving skills.
