CRCHS seeks a mission-driven, innovative, collaborative, student-focused, and community-centered Vice President of Corporate Work Study. The ideal candidate is a highly collaborative, dynamic leader with the ability to manage a large number of professional relationships with a variety of stakeholders. They enjoy proactively building new processes, systems, and tools, and troubleshooting to improve them. They can create big plans and manage fine details. They lead collaboratively and with an entrepreneurial spirit.Position Summary: As a member of the founding leadership team, the Founding Vice President of Corporate Work Study reports to the President & CEO. They play the crucial role of effectively building and leading the Corporate Work Study team while being accountable for all students being placed in a paid or funded job. They will lead all aspects of the Corporate Work Study Program for CRCHS and will have primary accountability for team leadership, program oversight, job sales, operations, legal compliance, and executing all related program elements. This includes stewarding client relationships to cultivate new clients to achieve full and meaningful employment for all students, as well as ensuring the retention and growth of existing partners.Primary Responsibilities include: Secure jobs for all students; Develop and coach a high-performing Corporate Work Study team; Foster and promote a school culture that values diversity; Cultivate a positive work culture defined by shared purpose and high expectations; Serve as a model of the school’s values and mindsets; Work with school staff and community to create systems to ensure a safe and productive corporate work study environment.Qualifications include: Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred; 5+ years of success with lead generation and securing corporate sales/fundraising/sponsorship; 3+ years leading sales teams; Evidence of operational process experience; Nonprofit experience preferred; Fluency in Spanish preferred; Extensive knowledge of Google Suite; Proficiency in CRM systems; Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Compensation: This is a full-time, year-round position with a competitive salary, benefits, and paid vacation. Salary range is $120,000 - $140,000.
