| Job Purpose | The Associate Vice President and Alumni Board CEO provides strong leadership, guidance and inspiration to the volunteer Alumni Association Board, engagement volunteers in regions and affinity groups, and a professional staff of 5 or 6. Responsible for long-range planning with the goal of connecting with and engaging the graduates of the College of Charleston. |
| Minimum Requirements | Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in alumni engagement is required. Master’s degree and experience in higher education advancement/engagement is preferred. Candidates with an equivalent combination of experience and/or education are encouraged to apply. |
