| Position Description | Visiting Assistant/Associate Professor of Real Estate and Interim Director of the Carter Real Estate Center (9-Month Appointment) Department of Finance, School of Business, College of Charleston The Department of Finance in the School of Business at the College of Charleston invites applications for a Visiting Assistant or Associate Professor of Real Estate, beginning August 2026. This is a 9-month, non-tenure-track appointment that will temporarily serve as Director of the Carter Real Estate Center, with the potential for renewal or longer-term continuation in a visiting faculty capacity. This position is designed to provide immediate leadership and instructional support for the Commercial Real Estate Finance program.
