| Job Purpose | The Purchasing Card Specialist is responsible for the daily operations, maintenance, and compliance of the organization’s purchasing and travel card programs. This role serves as the primary liaison between the organization, its employees (cardholders), the internal auditor, the State of South Carolina and the Cards’ vendor/bank. The specialist ensures all card usage aligns with established policies, conducts audits, and provides training and support to cardholders. |
