Duties will include:

-Reporting any damage to lab manager

-assist students and professors with software questions as needed

-Re-establish printer connections

-Fix paper jams and change paper/ink cartridges

-Correct software errors

-Re-install hardware drivers as necessary

-clean machines, mouse, keyboards and labs as necessary

-Install software as Lab Manager

-Install Windows, Java and Flash Updates

-If needed and approved by lab manager, format hard drives and re-install all software

-Re-establish internet connection when lost if possible
