Purpose of position: Assist in fulfilling CSU Mission, Vision and Goals. Each summer, the University hosts several camps that rotate weekly. Summer Camp Support Staff are responsible for assisting with the various aspects of these camps and are a vital component to providing an all-around excellent experience for our guests.

Duties:

- Assist with preparations, planning, and placements for each week of camp.

- Work directly with SummerSalt leadership to ensure all of their housing needs are met in order to enable their success.

- Perform weekly building walkthroughs to ensure buildings and rooms are in order and ready for use.

- Participate in weekly check in and check out sessions.

- Perform weekly key audits to identify and correct any issues.

- Other duties as assigned

Rate of pay (Pay Scale Guide):

Rate of pay may vary based on experience. Pay starting at $10

Qualifications:

- Good communication skills

- Must be reliable and organized

- Attention to detail

- Strong work ethic and show initiative

- Excellent problem solving skills

- Previous summer camp experience is desired, but not required

- Work no more than 40 hours per week. Hours worked are based on student class, and exam schedule.
