High energy professional needed to provide administrative support within Operations’ department.


Hiring Hourly: $15.00

Duties and Responsibilities

Duties include, but are not limited to, the following.

  • Perform various general office clerical and administrative tasks as assigned
  • Process bi-weekly payroll batch
  • Manage internal calendars for shared rooms
  • Process contracts and other documents through appropriate channels
  • Develop filing, database, and other systems for documentation tracking
  • Schedule candidate interviews and collecting necessary documentation
  • Assist on special projects as assigned by supervisor
  • Coordinate with internal and external departments as needed to complete assigned tasks
  • May be designated to report to work during hazardous weather or emergency conditions.

Minimum Qualifications

Position requires a high school diploma (or GED) supplemented by one (1) year experience in an administrative position.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills are essential. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and operate a personal computer using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and proprietary software a must.
