Hiring Hourly: $15.00

Duties and Responsibilities
-
Duties include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Perform various general office clerical and administrative tasks as assigned
- Process bi-weekly payroll batch
- Manage internal calendars for shared rooms
- Process contracts and other documents through appropriate channels
- Develop filing, database, and other systems for documentation tracking
- Schedule candidate interviews and collecting necessary documentation
- Assist on special projects as assigned by supervisor
- Coordinate with internal and external departments as needed to complete assigned tasks
- May be designated to report to work during hazardous weather or emergency conditions.
Minimum Qualifications
Position requires a high school diploma (or GED) supplemented by one (1) year experience in an administrative position.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
-
Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills are essential. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and operate a personal computer using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and proprietary software a must.
