Position Description:

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Participates in strategy discussions for new opportunities
• Analyzes new laws, regulations and subcontract trends for potential impact on the BU
goals and objectives
• Actively participates in proposal activities that may include 1) review of solicitation for risk areas recommendations of subcontracting best practices; 2) preparing RFP/RFQ packages for the subcontractors; 3) conducting price analysis and negotiations; 4) participating in proposal “color” reviews and step reviews; and 5) attending internal proposal debriefings
• Develops and negotiates proposal‐related partner agreements (e.g. NDA, TA, CTA, etc.) when CGI is the Prime
• Provides counsel to lower level subcontracts professionals on negotiation of proposal‐related partner agreements (e.g. Non‐Disclosure, Teaming Agreement)
• Performs subcontractor due diligence to include D&B, Visual Compliance, etc.; Communicates analysis and recommendation to capture/program mgr
• Provides problem resolution and subcontract guidance to senior business team members. Seeks support from senior level subcontracts professionals when needed
• Prepares and negotiates some complex and all routine subcontract documents (e.g. subcontract agreements, correspondence, memoranda, etc…) independently
• Organizes and maintains subcontract records and files in compliance with CGI's
guidelines/procedures (i.e. CPSR)
• Holds kick‐off and periodic subcontract review meetings and meeting notes
• Establishes periodic meetings and build a relationship with external counterparts and internal account Project Managers and VPs
• Leverages strong working relationship with all Corporate organizations (e.g. Contracts, Legal, Shared Services, PMO, Risk) to achieve optimal positioning. Communicates subcontract directives/policy
• Actively participates in an external professional association
• Supports audit and other corporate compliance activities (e.g. data calls, reporting)
Supports efforts for identifying process improvements and developing associated artifacts, as needed.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Bachelor’s Degree or related equivalent experience in the Public Sector plus 5 years of Subcontracts-related experience.
Experience with Deltek Costpoint Purchase Order Module.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $67,800-$165,200.
