Executive Assistant/Office Manager

Pay Range: $60,000 – $75,000 annually (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive schedules, travel, and meetings.
- Draft correspondence, prepare presentations, and organize files.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and vendor relationships.
- Plan internal meetings and special events.
- Manage building maintenance and facility needs.
- Support leadership with confidential administrative tasks.

Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 5+ years executive assistant and/or office management experience.
- Excellent organization and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
- Ability to navigate all areas of the organization’s facilities.
