The Opportunity:
-CACI is seeking a Technical Lead who will support the head of a mid-size to large program for the CACI organization.
-Establishes and implements strategies for the area of responsibility, with direct impact on the achievement of organizational results.
-Focus is on long-term strategies (e.g., 3-5 years) to achieve business results.
-Directly influences the overall vision/strategy for the Key Management Infrastructure (KMI) and Serial Cryptographic Products (SCP) NIWC Lant Modernization project.

Responsibilities:
• Negotiate and compromise to influence internal and external parties to accept concepts, practices and approaches of the job area.
• Communicate with senior executive leadership regarding matters of strategic importance.
• Conducts briefings to senior leaders both within and outside of the program.
• Responsible for communicating with parties external to the organization, which may include customers, teammates or vendors.
• Advanced business knowledge, general management and leadership capability to lead business or functional teams.
• Problems faced are frequently complex and require broad-based solutions that impact multiple areas of the organization.
• Responsible for improving upon entire processes or systems, leveraging on personal past experiences and in-depth understanding of best practices in the marketplace that may improve the competitive position of the organization.
• Drives the proposal process for programs, which requires significant cooperation with the PM, Project Managers, business development managers and key customers.
• Responsible for contract proposal development, contract deliverables including weekly and monthly CDRL deliverables to the Government Contract Office Representative (COR)
• Project management support and technical services for the KMI and Cryptographic systems.
• Direct PM support, advise on C4I integration activities and technical services in command centers and aboard ships such as installation planning, scheduling, integration testing, system configuration, ship drawing compliance and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for engineering processes.

Qualifications:

Required
• Active Secret Clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or other related technical field or Bachelor’s degree in a business or management-related field.
• Seven years of experience managing complex engineering projects associated with the design, development, integration, and test, preferably related to C4ISR or other complex systems.
• Must have prior COMSEC experience – minimum 10 years.
• Must have some network engineering/configuration knowledge and experience
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate and work with customers and team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel 25%

Desired:
• Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, Cyber Security or other related technical field, or active study towards this qualification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP®), or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification, or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Program Management certification.
• Fifteen years of experience in a military environment performing engineering, integration, and test of C4ISR complex systems.
• A strong knowledge of Key Management Infrastructure and Serial Cryptographic Product modernization initiatives.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$108,900 - $239,500
