Job Description:
The Opportunity
CACI is seeking a Senior Audio/Visual Systems Engineer to support the Global Operations Center Engineering team in providing advanced audio/visual (A/V) solutions to enhance operational capabilities for the commander of USSTRATCOM. This role involves design, implementation, and maintenance of A/V systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing technologies and adherence to security protocols. The work location for this position is Omaha, Nebraska. The position is contingent upon award of the United States Strategic Command SCITLS contract.
Responsibilities:
Gathers and analyzes system requirements to design and implement A/V solutions
Supports design, configuration, and implementation of A/V systems based upon the customer’s performance criteria and specifications
Coordinates or tests the installed system, ensuring it meets with customers and users’ expectations
Assists the O&M team in troubleshooting network-related issues post-deployment of the new systems
Possesses and applies expertise on multiple, complex work assignments
Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks
Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems
Must be willing and able to work rotating shifts (days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays) as required by mission needs
Additional Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned by leadership to meet mission requirements and support USSTRATCOM objectives. Depending on experience and team structure, this role may involve working under direct supervision or potentially providing guidance, training, or supervision to others
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years in A/V engineering, with significant experience in military or government operations
Required 8140 Cert: 411 - Intermediate; GFACT or CND or Security+ or GSEC; OR Applicable degree ABET accredited/CAE designated; OR Training
Proficiency in A/V design software, knowledge of networking and IT systems, and familiarity with security protocols
Ability to assess complex A/V requirements and develop effective solutions
Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Minimum Clearance: Top Secret with SCI eligibility

The proposed salary range for this position is:
