Job Description:
CACI is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Deployment Manager to join our team to support our customer, U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM), in Doral, Florida. This position is contingent upon award of the USSOUTHCOM Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES).
The ideal candidate will oversee the technical execution of deployments and operational efficiency of the pipeline design, automation, release scheduling, deployment monitoring for USSOUTHCOM products and applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate deployment activities across multiple agile teams and projects.
Develop, implement, and maintain deployment strategies aligned with agile principles and DevOps practices.
Collaborate with development teams, QA, and operations to streamline the deployment pipeline.
Manage and optimize continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
Implement and maintain deployment automation tools and scripts.
Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices throughout the deployment process.
Troubleshoot deployment issues and coordinate resolution efforts.
Monitor and report on deployment metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
Conduct post-deployment reviews and facilitate continuous improvement of deployment processes.
Stay up-to-date with emerging deployment technologies and methodologies.
Ensuring deployment compliance and security
Required Qualifications:
Must hold an active secret level clearance
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum 7 years of experience in software deployment or DevOps roles
Extensive experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator) are a plus.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
