Job Description:

CACI is seeking an experienced Customer Engagement Manager, SME to support our customer, U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM), in Doral, Florida. This position is contingent upon award of the USSOUTHCOM Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES II). Demonstrates experience in stakeholder management and strategic communications, particularly related to IT and enterprise information environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement Manager, SME:

  • Develops, implements, and manages the USSOUTHCOM Stakeholder Engagement Plan with USSOUTHCOM J6 leadership, using Partner Nation inputs, incorporating warfighters' needs, and understanding how they interact with the Enterprise Information Environment (EIE)

  • Builds and sustains mutually beneficial relationships of understanding of policies and strategic priorities

  • Schedules reoccurring stakeholder engagements with the USSOUTHCOM stakeholders to validate priorities, understand intent, and synchronize and coordinate USSOUTHCOM efforts across JDIRs

  • Identifies and works with the program team to remediate gaps in support, deconflicts scheduling items, and monitors and identifies performance gaps

  • Supports purchase requirements of tools, professional services, as required

  • Assists with the product deliverables (as required) to meet terms of scope, schedule, and cost

  • Tracks key Stakeholders for negative IT Enterprise impacts (outages, quality of service, deliverables), works with the SCITES program team for mitigation actions, and keeps the impacted Stakeholder abreast of the remediation

  • Supports USSOUTHCOM Program Manager and key personnel to interface with and advise the USSOUTHCOM Business Office, MESMO, and SCITES 2 leads on USSOUTHCOM Stakeholder priorities, intent, strategy, disconnects, concerns, deconfliction, and new/changing requirements

  • Interfaces with the USSOUTHCOM mission partners and partner nations to form partnerships, coordinate support, and deconflict efforts and schedules

  • Develops, implements, executes, and updates a living USSOUTHCOM Stakeholder Engagement Plan along with a Stakeholder Issue Mitigation Tracker

  • Attends USSOUTHCOM program management meetings, monthly Program Management Review (PMR) meetings, and schedules reoccurring Stakeholder Engagement meetings with the USSOUTHCOM PM and senior USSOUTHCOM Program leaders

  • Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments

  • Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments

  • May supervise others

Required Qualifications:

  • Must have Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS)

  • A minimum of 13+ years of relevant experience

  • Must possess an active security clearance.

  • Required 8140 Cert: 802 - Intermediate - Approved DoD 8140 cyber-related certification OR Applicable degree ABET accredited/CAE designated OR Training AND Additional Cert: Desired CEH or CCNA or GCIH

  • Possesses deep understanding of operations, partner nation relationships, and complexities of IT infrastructure.

  • Experienced in developing and implementing engagement plans and managing high-level relationships.

  • Showcases expertise in program management, issue mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration, particularly in IT-related projects.

  • Desired background in military or government IT systems, international partnerships, and strategic planning.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$86,800-$191,000
