Job Description:
The Opportunity:
CACI is currently seeking a Procurement Admin RTV Specialist. The selected candidate will be part of a dynamic, growing, cross-functional, and geographically distributed team. This position is based at our facility in Melbourne, Florida.
Responsibilities:
Interfaces with Quality Assurance, S&R, and Procurement Specialist for coordinating and processing Return Material Authorizations (RMA) request with suppliers and issuing RMA PO’s to Return to Vendor (RTV) warrantied rework, and failed material items.
Work with various departments including shipping and receiving and Quality to complete and process the necessary actions to move the material from MRB to the shipping department to be returned.
Research in the company’s ERP system to identify when the material was purchased, on what PO it was purchased, and the current inventory location that the material is located in.
Work with the receiving department to resolve items that have been delivered from vendors that have discrepancies and cannot be received in.
Assists with updating lead times, material cost data, and other relevant purchasing data in Costpoint.
The selected candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, collaborative / team setting across all levels. Must have strong communication skills over the phone and through email.
Attend weekly meetings to report metrics on progress of items returned to the vendor.
Position is required to be onsite and will require travel to the company’s multiple warehouses located within 3 miles of each other.
Qualifications:
Required:
U.S. Citizenship due to contract requirements and nature of the work.
Deltek Costpoint experience.
Combination of 5 years additional education and/or related experience in the procurement field working with vendors.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
High attention to detail pertaining to part numbers and serial numbers.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Combination of 5 years additional education and/or related experience in the procurement and manufacturing /warehouse environment.
Ability to obtain a SECRET security clearance, due to the nature of the work and contract requirements.
Desired:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 8 years of related procurement experience.
Active TS/SCI security clearance.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
