Executive Assistant

CACI is seeking a cleared Executive Assistant to support an Army Project Manager (PM) Office of over 500 personnel located on Ft. Belvoir, VA. You will provide senior level secretarial and administrative travel support, and human resources assistance, supporting the PM and others as needed. An active DOD Secret security clearance is required. Remote work not authorized.
Responsibilities:
· Perform in a leadership role in providing administrative and general office support
· Manage the Project Manager (PM) and Deputy Project Manager (DPM) calendars using MS Outlook
· Manage PM and DPM commercial CONUS and OCONUS travel in accordance with Joint Travel Regulations using the Defense Travel System (DTS)
· Prepare a variety of documents, such as correspondence, forms, reports, statistical tables, spreadsheets, etc., using advanced skills and knowledge of word processing software
· Coordinate meeting agendas and prepare meeting minutes
· Coordinate with Operations Staff for planning major functions and events, such as Conferences, Changes of Charter, Town Halls, VIP visits, Executive Meetings, Award Ceremonies
· Coordinate office reception, visitor badges, and sponsorship for Post access
· Maintain conference room schedules
· Advise writers and researchers in matters of style, syntax, and usage to improve the general quality and effectiveness of communications
· Train lower-level administrative support analysts
· Work includes proper handling of CUI or sensitive information
Qualifications:
Active Secret Security Clearance
High School Diploma and 10 years’ relevant experience OR Bachelor’s degree AND 5 years’ relevant experience
Proficient in MS Office suite of software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Proficient with Defense Travel System (DTS)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desired
Experience supporting an Army Project Management office
Knowledge of SharePoint

Pay Range:
This posting is for a position covered by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCA). The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI’s government contract for the work location.
