Job Description

  • Assist with Set up of quality documents (FMEA, CP, Work instructions) according to Bosch policy, regulations and procedures
  • Ensure Bosch Production System (BPS) concepts implementation starting planning phase
  • Implementing quality tools in workshop (SPC, POKA YOKE, PDCA, QAM)
  • Assist in problem solving processes
  • Evaluate operation flow, cycle time, machines, tools and necessary materials to meet the production plan
  • Assist with projects regarding cost reduction, quality improvements and customer satisfaction
  • Implement action to prevent occurrence of nonconformities relating to product and process through appropriate quality tools
  • Following all plant HSE regulations and procedures
  • Support maintenance department for spare parts planning

Qualifications

  • Working towards Bachelor degree in a technical field (Engineering degree highly preferred)
  • Experience in planning or manufacturing for high volume products
  • Computer skill in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Project leadership skills, ability to prioritize workload and meet established targets.
  • Willingness/ability to learn new technology and processes.
  • High level of teamwork, self-initiative, detailed, self-motivated and ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
  • Use of analytical skills to problem solve.
  • Experience with equipment maintenance and management (PM,TPM knowledge).
  • Good interaction skills, effective communicator (oral, written), and willing to share information
  • Understanding of statistical capability (CpK, CgK)
