You’ll move quickly in a fast-paced and fluid environment to support the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress while working alongside your team to make a tangible difference.

You Have:

• Experience with the software development lifecycle and processes within a federal government agency such as the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)

• Experience supporting healthcare IT

• Experience with project artifacts and documentation, including project plans, milestone charts, or project roadmaps

• Ability to effectively prioritize, multitask, and manage time to meet deadlines

• Ability to communicate with all members of a software development team, including technical and non-technical members

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

• HS diploma or GED and 5+ years of experience in a project manager, coordinator, administrator, or analyst role, or Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in a project manager, coordinator, administrator, or analyst role

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
