Air Traffic Control Subject Matter Expert

As an Air Traffic Control (ATC) Subject Matter Expert, you’ll bring your technical expertise to collaborate with thought leaders in engineering on projects for Navy and Marine Corps ATC Facilities.

How You'll Contribute:

• Research applicable ATC policies, instructions, and associated revisions to determine impacts to Navy and Marine Corps ATC facilities.

• Develop in-depth ATC IPT slide decks for briefs to be provided by the Lead to senior Navy and Marine Corps resource sponsors.

• Travel to support meetings as directed by the Lead.

• Provide ATC engineering analysis for life cycle support for Navy and Marine Corps ATC equipment.

• Solve ATC policy issues across the entire spectrum of Navy and Marine Corps air traffic control.

• Possess extensive knowledge of Navy and Marine Corps Shore ATC equipment and operational procedures.

• Travel both CONUS and OCONUS in support of the Lead.

You Have:

• 20+ years of experience with air traffic control

• Experience in Active Duty

• Ability to obtain a security clearance

• HS diploma or GED

• ATC Specialist Certification

Nice If You Have:

• Experience as an Air Traffic Control Fleet Liaison

• Knowledge of Navy and Marine Corps Shore ATC equipment and operational procedures

• Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
