The Challenge:

Are you an expert in digital project management looking to shift the way the world works? Are you driven to build and spearhead a team that delivers leading-edge technical solutions? You know that project managers touch every single part of a business and wear multiple hats: from caring for the client and their meaningful project goals to participating in business development and being a key contributor to their employees’ growth. • Experience with implementing agency change management procedures and implementing practices for automated deployments

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies or the software development life cycle (SDLC)

  • Ability to describe and document issues for different audiences, managers, system engineers, and administrators

  • Ability to obtain a security clearance

  • Experience with identifying configuration items, performing periodic audits, and providing verification of version release configuration items

  • Experience with developing and maintaining CM process standards and plans and analyzing procedures

  • Experience with managing changes in process while ensuring methods and processes are properly approved, communicated, and managed throughout the CM process

  • Experience in planning, evaluating, directing, tracking, analyzing, and coordinating CM activities on large, complex programs or projects

  • Experience with developing and documenting business processes or workflows

  • Ability to facilitate planning meetings

  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including effectively communicating technical topics
