See open jobs at Blackbaud.See open jobs similar to "Principal Corporate Financial Analyst" Charleston Region.The Principal Corporate Financial Analyst position is an exciting opportunity to support Blackbaud’s Corporate Finance teams across a variety of financial modeling, analysis, and strategic initiatives in support of the company’s short and long-term goals. Reporting to the FP&A manager supporting our Executive Leadership Team, the primary objective for this position is to ensure tight alignment between the company's strategic aspirations and its long-term financial profile. This will be accomplished through long-range modeling, tracking the progress of key strategic initiatives relative to their business cases, and supporting corporate-level decision making.
What You’ll Do:
Lead regular updates of Blackbaud’s 3-statement long-range financial model in support of long-range planning
Support and influence the company's short and long-term strategic planning processes, including the identification of risks and opportunities to our financial outlook, developing and documenting key assumptions, and ensuring internal partners are aligned
Track and analyze the progress and impact of key strategic initiatives while working with business leaders to promote informed decision-making
Proactively collaborate with finance partners and leaders across the organization to provide valuable insights, create compelling data-driven analyses, and inform the company’s revenue, profitability, and capital allocation planning
Spearhead the development of critical Executive and Board of Directors materials on business performance and strategic business decisions
Ad hoc financial modeling and analysis with consistent exposure to senior leadership
What You’ll Bring:
6-8+ years of professional experience with complex financial modeling and analysis, preferably within corporate finance, FP&A, investment banking, Big 4, or economics roles
SaaS/Tech industry experience strongly preferred
Experience with public company financials and reporting preferred
Highly motivated self-starter that enjoys rolling up their sleeves and solving complex problems
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to distill complex topics for executive level consumption
Proven track record of working with cross-functional stakeholders to accomplish goals

The starting base pay is $87,700.00 to $114,200.00. Blackbaud may pay more or less based on employee qualifications, market value, Company finances, and other operational considerations.Benefits Include:
