• Serve as the primary project management lead for small to medium-sized projects with moderate complexity, limited risk, and manageable scope changes.
• Drive project execution and delivery to achieve business objectives, expected benefits, and stakeholder outcomes.
• Develop, manage, monitor, and report on project plans, schedules, deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, and overall project health.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities while maintaining focus on business value and successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with business sponsors and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project goals, scope, risks, and expected benefits.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, actuals, and funding plans while providing accurate project estimates.

• Secure, maintain, and actively manage resource plans to support delivery objectives.
• Facilitate effective communication across project teams, leadership, and business partners.

Minimum Knowledge & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Demonstrated experience (typically 1–3 years) managing small to medium-sized projects with defined scope, budget, and delivery goals.
• Proven ability to apply project management methodologies, tools, techniques, and best practices.
• Solid project management financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and project funding.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Experience working within highly matrixed teams and environments.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and make informed decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus across diverse groups.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
