About the Internship opportunity

As a Sales Intern at Bear Cognition you will be working with our sale team to develop leads and set sales appointments. You will be trained on how to engage with owners and executives, talk about their business process and needs and effectively communicate the value of our products and services. In addition, you will get exposure to other elements of the sales process, including sales appointments and implementation of products. This is a great opportunity for those interested in a sales career, to gain valuable exposure and experience in the software & professional services industries.

There is a potential for extension of internship beyond the Summer and potential future full-time employment.

*Requires Intern to be in Charleston area during duration of internship*

Summer - 20 to 30 Hours per Week, Weekdays Only. Flexible around Intern’s schedule. Estimated start date of 5/5/25 and end date of 8/15/25.

JOB DUTIES:

· Work closely with Sales Team in assisting with lead development

· Use lead generation software to identify potential leads

· Make phone calls to leads to set appointments for the Sales Team

· Maintain organization of all opportunities and information using a CRM application

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

· Be coachable and energetic

· Major/Minor in Business, Sales, related field or have a strong interest in sales

· Outstanding collaboration and communication skills at multiple levels

· Consistently maintain a high standard of organization

· Skilled communicator with a positive attitude

· Exposure to an established, successful sales group in the business intelligence and managed analytics field.

· Dedicated training in Sales Processes and Methods along with Sales and CRM applications

· Potential for future full-time employment

· $15 Per Hour plus Performance Based Bonuses
