Atlas Technologies, Inc., a rapidly expanding company supporting the US Military and other Government entities, is seeking a passionate, flexible, highly motivated team player to join our human resource and recruiting team. We’re looking for a proactive Technical Recruiter who has experience sourcing and recruiting high caliber candidates in a fast-paced and fast-growing environment. It’s a huge opportunity to make an impact and help build the Atlas team.

Payband: $56,000 - $93,000

You Will:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop recruiting strategies to attract talented candidates who are a great fit for our organization.
  • Identify, engage, and evaluate top technical and non-technical candidates. Utilizing various sourcing methods (e.g., social media, job boards, networking, referrals) to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
  • Conduct thorough screenings of potential candidates, assessing their cultural fit and experience.
  • Strategize on different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation and sourcing campaigns.
  • Provide a high-touch and personal experience for all candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact through offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Communicating with the hiring managers on the progress with each role.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company’s employer brand and values to prospective candidates.
  • Collecting and analyzing data used to update our dashboards and make informed hiring decision.

You Have:

  • 1+ years of sourcing or direct recruiting experience for technical positions, preferably software related technology.
  • Experience working with recruiting related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems, resume databases (Clearance Jobs, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Demonstrable history of using creative sourcing approaches, including leveraging strategies that are uniquely your own.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and relevant work experience in a professional environment with important customers or clients
  • Customer service skills and professional ambition
  • Desire to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Strong focus on the candidate experience

We’d Be Impressed If You Had:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (not required)
  • Previous experience working within an Applicant Tracking System
