Atlas Tech, a veteran-owned IT company serving multiple DoD customers in support of America's warfighters, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team.

Pay Band: $37,000 - $59,000 varies with experience

You Will:

• Perform installation and repair of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, and HVAC
• Maintain the landscaping and parking areas around the facilities
• Complete routine service requests, equipment inspections, and preventative maintenance
• Complete minor remodeling projects
• Work with vendors providing services to the company
• Use hand and power tools
• Be part of a team that performs all duties as directed by the Facilities Manager

You Have:

• A high school diploma
• Five years of experience in facilities maintenance
• Demonstrated knowledge of various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• The ability to lift and carry 50-75 pounds
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office applications
• A willingness to travel
• Working knowledge of local building codes and ordinances, including OSHA safety regulations
