See open jobs at Atlas Technologies, Inc..See open jobs similar to "Program Analyst" Charleston Region.The Program Analyst will assist the government (NIWC) customer in planning, tracking, executing, and validating the scope, schedule, and cost execution parameters of the USCG IPT. The ideal candidate will have background and experience in process improvement, project management processes, direct and professional customer-facing support, and data/stakeholder management for a large organization or enterprise:
Pay Range: $83,480 to $112,850, depending on experience
- Provide advisement and support on all PM knowledge areas (risk, scope, quality, etc.) as a Project Management SME
- Assist in management and maintenance of IPT-wide PM processes, integrating all PM data points (RTM/IMS/Cost/Material, etc.)
- Assist in organization and execution of all key sponsor-facing events (such as PMRs) in collaboration with government and industry stakeholders
- Assess PM processes and recommend improvements
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of how to build comprehensive budgets
- Assist IPT stakeholders in conforming to IPT policies and meeting all IPT goals and objectives
- Ensure sponsor needs are responded to and deliverables meet IPT quality standards
- Work with IPT stakeholders to formalize requirements in SOWs/IAAs
- Produce management products (org charts, briefs, meeting minutes, etc.), as needed
- Ensure deliverables and other IPT files/documents are appropriately produced and provided
- Assist government customer in tracking requirements and communicating with Team/IPT personnel
- Collaborate with IPT stakeholders to assist in critical tasks and develop PM and IPT expertise
- Gather, organize, and report information, as needed
You Have:
- US Citizenship
- Department of Defense (DoD) Secret level Security Clearance or you’re able to obtain an interim security clearance prior to hire date
- High expertise in Project Management processes and products
- Ability to utilize an array of project management skills augmented by coaching and coordination skills
- High level of expertise with MS Office Suite, including MS Project and PowerPoint
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
