As a Client Services Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting diverse areas such as Customer Care, Warranty & Servicing, Shipping & Logistics, and general administration. This varied position requires flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to multi-task effectively under pressure. Your work will directly impact our efficiency and help identify areas for improvement in customer experience and product enhancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Management: Collect and analyse vehicle fault data and warranty information. Maintain and expand databases to track vehicle issues and associated costs
- Administration: Handle contracts, invoices, Bills of Sale, and some overland shipping logistics. Manage documentation for consignment sales, extended warranties, upgrades, and service works
- Support Operations: Assist in identifying and coordinating with third-party service centres. Oversee logistics for service technicians and team travel
- Financial Oversight: Ensure timely payments to third-party service centres
- Reporting: Generate monthly warranty reports and track recurring vehicle issues. Facilitate effective inter-company communication.
